Fresh Movement and the Freshmans Dance Crew present a layered neo-Pacific / street dance theatre show sharing stories of characters’ worlds colliding at the local train station.
Fresh Movement and the Freshmans Dance Crew are back to tell another precious story that will captivate audiences and celebrate our diverse community.
All walks of life come together at the Station, for a split moment in time our paths cross and our stories intertwine, no one understands our backstory, no one can comprehend where we are going, but it all happens at the Station. The Station was the first show created by Fresh Movement in 2014. 2024's revival Station is a neo-Pacific / street dance theatre show that tells the stories of characters from different walks of life as their worlds collide at the local train station.
This show is action-packed with a stellar cast of young creatives from the Fresh Movement Arts Trust and Freshmans Dance Crew. Station is directed by Hadleigh Pouesi and will feature works from Christopher Ofanoa, Leilani Elliott and more. Station is driven by dance, live music and spoken word that tells a beautiful story and is guaranteed to keep you at the edge of your seat.

REVIEWS
"The Station feels like a collection of short stories that are woven together. As a whole it seems to lend us an example of why we should take care, and consider the plight of others, because we may end up in their shoes"
